If you don't find a "good" one, look at fixing it.
I had an experienced welder fix my shifter. The problem lies usually in the slot on the ball being rounded out over time. After he was done it looked brand new. I think he used the "spray" technique with a MIG or TIG machine he had. HE did not charge much, a quick job.
It might be worth looking at that option, as many take-outs are also worn in their slots.
DO a search on this and Gordon's forum and you will see what I mean.
