Ken,
Today he could park the second tractor, hook that trailer behind the first trailer and likely be legal for 80,000 lbs. I remember seeing a few of those old Diamond T's on the road but I was a bit older than 7. =) At one time I drove a '71 Diamond Reo but it had a 335 Cummins with double OD 13 speed.
