The tetra-chloro-ethylene stuff is OK, health wise. I don't know if it would be good for fire fighting though. CO2 and powders are better than carbon-tet, I don't know where tce stacks up. Filling with water would be OK, except on a gas fire, which is probably our biggest concern.

I just think I'd rather have some utility, rather than an empty cylinder on board.
