A plan??? Think about this a minute. How much difference would there really be with .01 change? Not enough to really count. Not to mention that some axles go the other way. How do you explain that? Likely the difference Dave mentions below is due to different tire circumference. I haven't seen it done lately but I have seen semi tires being measured for circumference so there were not issues with tandem axles.
