Jack,
The clutch numbers are in the PIF as stated, top of page.
I don't know how good the numbers are anymore. When I checked at our local Napa and CarQuest they told me "NA".
Some here say they can still get them. Most be a regional thing
A good truck parts supplier can have yours rebuilt.
I bought several disks and cover plates from AB Linn and other Military vendors,for my parts stash.

The rubbers are hard to find. I know of no supplier. Check with Gary Roberts

VPW told me "NA" years ago.
So that leaves Tim Holloway or someone who has some parts trucks.
