The Cab is toast, no surprise for a PA truck. Dump bed is in pretty good condition. The Frame has some nice reinforcing, done when the dump was put on? The motor is stuck from sitting, guy said dump some kerosene and let it soak and it should turn. no air cleaner on it. No title, I asked what the story was on the truck and he didn't remember, just saved it from the crusher.
