Terry has it right using the PC7 kit. Bondo doesn't have the flex to it like the original wheel material has so it won't stay in place as well. I painted mine with a 2 part urethane that we use on aircraft. Price was right (free) and you can wipe it anything off of it with MEK after it has dried if you need to.
