wow that is amazing. I dont think we allow them to give ticketrs for that here. I just got my first one for speeding a couple months ago. I am against the use of those cameras ever since I found out 2 things.
First, the company that build, installs and maintains the system get most of the ticket money. considering the enormous sums of cash they create I think that is out of balance. use it to fix pot holes instead of over paying a low maintnenace company or take over the operations. Second. Seattle installed 6 of these in the inner city where no ones speed is rarely even near the 25 MPH limit. they only installed cameras for red light runners. at the end of the test period the cameras did not reduce accidents one bit. They simply got money out of the publics pocket into someone elses. but they still went ahead and installed 18 more even though they proved safetly was not increased. Safetey is imporved slightly with these systems in suburbia but not in the snail crawl of downtown Seattle.
