So its possible then that the Craftsman jack that blew its seal was just old or had a bad seal? It was a 3 ton, and when I lifted the frame and running gear, it blew. So I KNOW the frame and running gear is no where near 3 tons.
The Craftsman jack was made in Japan, but I would think it should still be able to handle just the frame without blowing. Now it wont even lift it enough to get it off the jack stands.
In BlackHawk, the difference between the 3 ton and 5 ton is quite a bit, I'd like to just get the 5 ton, but cant really afford it. If the 3 ton will work, thats what I'm gonna go for.
