Seat belt bolts for a 1974

Well 7/16 fine thread wont work on the hole. It starts to thread in and stops. 10mm 100 pitch thread is the closet thing I can find. It will act like it screws in but you can still pull it back out. The .150 pitch goes in and out without any contact to the threads. Very odd bolt.

3/8 too small and 1/2 way to big.
