look to the 'desert' equipped military wc dodges. they had an overflow system mounted on the firewall. i imagine the system was no more pressurized than what you require. i would modify the discharge tube to accept a hose. run tube to a junkyard coolant tank and make sure that tube extends to the bottom of the tank. fill coolant tank above bottom of hose. when the system burps out coolant it will catch in the tank, when it cools, the submerged tube will suck back coolant into the radiator. only question is mounting height. i think you want the top of the tank level with the top of the engine. i ran a high performance 360 in my m37 without a pressure cap and without a recovery system. in ny summers, i could not get it to overheat or lose coolant. i suspect you have a radiator problem or a coolant flow problem. i would investigate first. mannyc
