If they're vinyl, 3M makes what looks like a big gum eraser that mounts on your drill. You can lean hard on it and it won't burn the paint. Learned about that from the Sheriff's Dept, they use them to pull the decals off cars before they go to auction. About $25.00 for the wheel and arbor from the Napa store near me. (They stock paint supplies.)
