You might want to get your picture link working, and/or a link to your ebay store. You can practice on the test forum until you have it figured out. Your picture must be in a common format (jpeg, etc) and must be hosted somewhere with a fixed address (no dynamically-generated pages). It's also nice to have the picture in a reasonable size that's easy to see but isn't any bigger than the screen, say 1000 pixels on its longest side.
