someone has already put in some pretty good drains directing all incoming water from streeet and roof away to abandoned lot nextdoor. the foudnation cracked and sank decades ago. you can tell by the cabinets in the basement. they were installed after the settlement and they are level and a facia board was cut to match the slope of the ceiling. haha the install looks to be 50s or 60s. I could jack it all up off and fill in but you would still see the tilting out lower wall nad that kind of fix is not as good as push piers. I like the push pier idea because if any more settlling happans you can go back in and screw the foundation up. thanks for the input.
