My buddy and his brother were hunting in Canada with some Canadian friends.(yes they had permits). His brother fell from his horse and broke his leg. They took him to the hospital emergency room. The hospital people asked if he had a Canadian Social Medicine Card (or what ever it is called???) He didn't, they told him they couldn't help him. Their friends took him out to the parking lot, tied him between the car bumper and a light pole and set his leg right in the hospital parking lot. I guess this country won't be too far behind.
