Mine was running out at high load, lean surging.
It is an M-37 style with priming lever. It has the little cover over the internal linkage, with three screws. Inside is two coils springs that are nearly identical. Wire is .005 thicker on one. That one needs to be operating the diaphragm, the thinner one is the silencer spring.
