clueless just doe not fly.
now the bigger the dealership the larger the
cracks get for things to fall thru.
I was parts & service director for the San Francisco Auto center in the late 80's after
i left R+R we had 15+ franchises in one service department had 11 service advisort
45 service techs we would write 150 to 200 repair orders a day and with that volume things did fall thru but we had service management on hand at the end of the day to
address any and all customers concerns
no cluelesss employees
