Eric, don't know if it helps - you may recall my truck is made up from a 71 M601 with 46 Dodge cab. I used the M601 transfer with rod actuated park brake and the 46 non-syncro gearbox. Handbrake lever was made up (didn't have one) but mounts similar to original. Have pix if you want them.
