There are a few practice online test websites. I think one is on www.qrz.com
I was first licensed as WB3LEQ in 1976 and still retain that call.
Among doing too many other things, I collect the old tube type amateur radio transmitters and receivers. I also ended up with a couple AM broadcast transmitters that were used by the local AM radio stations here in PA, WMBS, *WCLG's original 1954 transmitter from Morgantown WV + WCSV in Crossville TN.
