IT’S ALIIIIIVVEE!!!...

I got my ’47 running! Amazing what happens when you get spark, compression and fuel in there at the same time! Popped off and scared the b’jeeprs out of me! First diagnosis: I need a muffler!

Nothing like bringing back one of these things that hasn’t ran in... I dunno’, 20, 30 years. It was sitting down by a river, the wheels and tires that were on it were TOTALLY worthless and without knowing how high the river ever got over the years I didn’t really know what we were up against so it was really nice to hear it POP off and then purr like a kitten.

No computers. No fuel injection. No muss, no fuss.

What a GREAT weekend!
