Hostess did not, Frito-lay did. Under federal law it is legal PROVIDED a decal or label is provided with the original mileage and placed on the drivers door area. This requirement also applies whenever you replace your speedometer with either a new or used one having different mileage odometer readings. I have 2 Frito trucks with that particular decal on the drivers side of the truck door area [but no door on mine in that area].
