Bob, I am not a computer guy, but after talking to Paul about his Mac when my Dell laptop took a crap and when you call and talk to "You can call me Sam" in DumbDuck Indian, I bought a Macbook Pro and let me tell you that this thing is a joy to use. The Mac is very easy to use once you learn the little things about it to get going. Lots of things it does by itself that HP's don't do. Pictures are a breeze. I have called Apple three times for info and the use of my Macbook and their systems. They have sent links for me to learn and I have ALWAYS talked to an AMERICAN ! Nuf said! Go for the MAC and don't look back! Fleabag!!
