My Power Wagon 'had' a 318LA, 2bbl carb driving into a NP-435 with NP-200 T case, 4.89's and 36 inch tires. In my opinion it was beautiful power. I have to climb 1800 feet to my house up a back road with lots of turns, always climbing. I could run the entire way to my house in 4th....never lugging. Fuel use was in the 13 MPG. And its a no brainer conversion using the Uglytruckling 318 Kit. www.uglytruckling.com
