Maybe some are reading too much into the toyota probe. Ford Rangers have never been Nissans. Ford Rangers are Fords, Mazda pickups are Ford rangers in disguise. Last week GM announced a recall of over 1 million cars over a bad PS pump. it was all over the news. The reason they dont get probed is because they dont try to sweep that stuff under the rug anymore. maybe they did 35 years ago but they know it is a waste of time so they just get on it. Ford and Firstone got probed over the roll overs in the 90s. Dodge got probed over ball joints on Durangos too. nothing new.
