Hi Daryl,

We tried it with no free play in pedal with still no change. Need to look under truck and see if the disk is free while clutch pushed in, will check this evening sand report back. Compared all parts before install and everything looked like it matched. When I put in the clutch disk, I didn't pay attention to which way the disk was so I am not sure if it is installed right. Didn't realize there was a right and wrong way! Whoops! I am pretty sure the throw out bearing is in right as I had that in and out several times and remember that one being fine (still will check) and double checked to see if it matched the old one that was removed, which it did. Can I see the throw out bearing through the inspection cover? I am going to pull the trans again anyways because some thing is not right.

Thanks,

Chris Becker
