4.30 differential units installed in 1/2 ton WC

Hello all,
Well I finally finished the installation of the 4 pinion 8&3/4" third members in my WC-12. They will be much stronger than the 2 pinion units and I have the added bonus of the 4.30 ratio which when taking into account the 900-16's I'm running, will give me an actual ratio of 4.05. I'll now be able to cruise at around 55-60 without the dirty 230 screaming "Moma". I know I have lost some off road capabilities, but I'll still have four wheel drive and the granny gear will be all I need for difficult situations. By the way, the rear third member is a posi-track unit. I lucked out when I bought it. I hope to get the IND-7 big six installed within the next year and a half. I'm very glad with the ratio change.
