As Daryl said, check the normal stamped number to see what the block is from. Remember that often time on the long blocks the number is stamped on the top of the pad, not the side.
I think both 251 and 265s got the spitfire head, but I am not 100% sure.
From what I have been told the only difference is the words, otherwise they are the same as the other heads for the same applications.
