What are the odds of reuniting a truck and bed 58 years later? You've seen this Electric Coop truck that has a flatbed. Nearest Dodge dealer to Eureka, MT in 1952 was Libby, MT, the county seat of Lincoln County.
Last fall I bought a 1956 C-3-C dodge truck that a previous had put a second series FFPW box on (see picture). I bought that truck specifically for the bed - still trying to sell the truck. Talking with the fellow that build the 1956 he said he'd found a FFPW NOS bed in the rafters of the Libby Dodge Dealer in the late 70s when he was building the 1956 to his liking. His memory was customer buying the FFPW didn't want the bed so the dealer removed it.
What are the odds of me reunting Bed and Truck after 58 years? And by the way both the bed's original color and cab's original color are dodge truck dark green.
