I have a set of broken superwinch hubs, I called the company and they said I need a copy of the original sales receipt to warrenty them.
I bought them at VPW about 10 years ago, I have no idea where the reciept is, anyone else go through this process?
I thought it used to be you just sent in your broken ones and they sent you a new set?
I know I should just buy a set of Dan's or Steve's, but that is not going to happen any time soon, due to $ concerns.
Anyone have any luck warrentying your Superwinch ones without a receipt?
