Axle ratio and tire size.

Hello All,
I have a question for all you math quys. If you have 900-16 tires on your truck and a ratio of 4.30 on the third members, does the ratio stay the same with 750-16 tires. With the big tires you are slowing the drive train down, does that not change the axle ratio? Maybe I am just out of my league with this question, but I think some of you guys can enlighten me on the subject. Thanksfor nay info.
