But it is all theory because i have never run that combo. i had 4.89s, 230, and stock 36 inch tires and the 230 was enough. but the 11.00 x16 are 3 inches taller and with 4.89s the stock 230 might be underpowered. I have run the 11.00s with 230, and 5.83s. 230 was balanced, shaved head bigger cam. and drove 55 to 60 on the hiway. plenty of power expecially offroad. propane and CNG causes a loss of power that is why you have to run the compression ratio as high as possible to regain the lost power. 265 is a beast! I have driven one truck that had one and it was real nice. that one had stock cam too. it actually has a longer stroke than the 230 does. Somebody on here posted a video of a 265 powered PW at a tractor pull and he kicked ass! I think he beat out the V8 competition?
