The guy selling them on eBay doesn't even know that air has to go into the booster, usually via the loose bellows at the input pushrod. (I think it is more a muffler than a boot.) That's the reason there is an air line on the hydra-vac, up through the floor to a filter in the cab. I'm 'talking' to him now...
I'm using a dual diaphragm 9" that has about double the area of the 7", so double the pressure.
