No worries the answers are in the dodge interchange manual. Here are the sizes for the shafts M37 and Pw
M37 Long - 40 1/2" short - 29 1/4"
PW long - 46 1/16" short - 26 7/16"
I have both trucks and the PW is about 2 3/4" wider in the axles. The offset is more as well. The spring mounting pads are also different as well. Terry
