The Spitfire is the larger Chrysler base flathead. The block is longer with the head about 25 inches in lenght, there displacement is 236,251 and 265 cubic inches. They where used in the Chrysler, Desoto cars, the large (2 ton and larger) Dodge trucks and Canadian built Mopars. Not all of these long engines had the Stipfire heads.
