Price for a Used Bed

Hi,

I am anticipating going to check out a flat fender Power Wagon (owner says it's a 1947) next weekend. It only has a flat bed and I would want to replace it with a regular style bed. How much can I expect to pay for a good restorable bed and fenders? Around $800? I am trying to determine what a reasonable offer is, so any info is appreciated.
