Assuming it's a WDX series truck, I had a similar problem. I was advised to loosen up the small bolts on the hinges and have someone push in on the windshield until it's tight and then tighten the hinges up. There are two bolts that hold the windshield to the hinge and two that hold the hinge to the cab. You might have to play with all of them.
