I saw those, but based on the data they provide (only metric output ratings and only certified Euro 3/4 emissions) I have a feeling they're mainly intended for the international market. I'm not sure if you could get one state side.
The 4.5QSB I linked to is rated for US emissions regs, though Cummins does not list it under any of their transportation applications.
The 3.8 might be a good option, if you can get one in the US. If you do the conversions the most powerful version is rated at ~167 hp @ 2600rpm and ~442 ft-lb @ 1300 RPM
