generally by the afternoon the guy has a lawyer and is released .
Then he gets driven around in taxis at our expense .
After which time some lawyer will sue the town for not respecting this guys rights - he was shouted at , it was a cry for help yada yada .
After all this he will be put up for free in an apartment some place and provided with enough cash that he can keep himself blitz on the cheap .
"It is not my fault " seems to be the latest chant from these jerks .
