It is a WM300 built in the mid-70's by Dodge. Dave Butler from VPW gave me a copy of the sales brochure.

They used Dodge Commercial truck chassis with a simplified body. They were inspired by the Israeli Automotive Industires CommandCar which was based also on the WM300 chassis.
