Bolts holding flywheel are RH thread. Some have the nuts on the engine side and some have them gearbox side. If they are gearbox side you can torque to specs, but if the other way it's very difficult. Alignment tool easily made from dowel in the lathe - don't need splines, just match diameters to pilot bushing and plate bore. Grinding is best way to reface flywheel.
