That's most likely a Perkins P-4 - around 200 cubes. Always reliable, been around a long time. Lot of Perkins used in farm machinery and trucks in Oz. The 6-354 used in a lot of Inters and Dodges in 60's - 70's - even had a turbo option. The 6.354 might be a bit long for a PW conversion, but haven't checked - yet.
