alternate way to remove bushing

use hydraulics. get a dowel or rod that just fits inside bushing hole. pack cavity behind bushing and hole with grease. drive dowel into hole. dowel displaces grease and forces bushing out without damage to bore. credit to bob stahl for showing me how to do it.
