As for flexing in a PW, it not as much that they flex, they just "give" a little. I had to do alot of tricks(remove leafs, remove spring clamps, lots of grease etc.) to get the trailtruck to "give" as much as it does, and it still is'nt enough sometimes.

My trailtruck has been a slow progression of a PW based build that can go fairly well offroad, it does'nt do to bad. The limitation right now is me(Dad and I have alot of time in together on that truck and I would hate to tear it up past the point of repair) and the axles. Are ya'll hearing me on this one? All the flex in the world won't help a 5000 lb truck with weak axles. It has been suggested to swap the axles out for a good set of Dana axles but if I do that I may as well build another truck on a better "offrod" chassis and just put PW sheetmetal on it. But that aint gonna happen, so I think I'll just make the best of it and enjoy the truck with Dad as it is.

The pic shows about as much flex as I can get before it starts picking the right rear tire up.
