Don,
I have seen numerous '58 and '59 W100 and W200 PG PWs with a single levers. In fact of the pictures and VIN's I sent you the other day all the '58 and '59 trucks either had single levers, or had been obviously modified from single lever(things like welded up linkage rods, and funny holes in the hump).
I have not looked at the books, so I am unsure what they are supposed to be.
Thoughts?
