Glad to hear you and your family made it thru safely. This is the first time I have heard of moble home axles giving trouble. I know several guys who have equipment trailers built of these axles, and they have never had a problem with them. I Can see that the method of holding the rim to the drum is not too good, but other than that, This is the first time I have heard of it. Thanks for the warning.
