Have you loosened the hinge bolts and frame screws to reposition the frame so it sits evenly in the cab when it is cranked in? Do you know if any body work has been done on the cab? Did you replace the weatherstrip?
My guess is the frame needs to be raised on the hinge, and hinge moved forward towards front of truck.
