did you check fuel pressure off carb maybe there is enough gunk in your tank to restrict flow or the riser tube in tank could be below gunk level you are most likely running on fuel in lines for that short time once it set the tubes seep full and away you go . could blow back lines but this will only delay the problem until another day or take tank down and dump it in a clean catch can or tub to see what was there fuel lines rust from inside if she has sat for a long time and fuel evaporated good luck let us all know how this comes out josh
