Later 1/2 ton closed cab and ambulance frames have a detail difference. No regulator was used, instead a thumbscrew slide @ each side and a catch at the bottom. (with very little work these frames can be used for "PW") All civilian "military style" Power Wagons (closed cab) used the same dash mounted crank out style regulator as the 39-47 4x2's.
