run the chain from a corner of the trailer underneath the axle near the pumpkin, over the top of the pumpkin, down the other side of the pumpkin and underneath the axle again to the opposite corner of the trailer. This avoids crushing the brake lines that run along the top of each axle and gives a nice wide stance to attachment points. Do both front and rear axle tis way. Check the chains often and keep them tight. Wire the boomers handles to the chain in the closed position, then wrap any excess chain around the wired down handle.

I then back up each axle with another chain (or a few very wide, strong straps) in a different configuration for redundant safety. Good luck!
