In your previous post, I thought you were talking about Power Wagon beds in general - that they were too weak to haul a load of dirt without structural damage. If you are talking about scratches and dents in a restored truck, then I'll give you that. I would not haul a load of dirt in a restored truck either, whether it be a Power Wagon or a Unimog.

Did you ever see the Odenheimer truck? Very nice original condition truck, '54 I believe. It also has what looks to be about a yard of concrete that was hand mixed in the pickup bed at one time. There is concrete stuck in all the nooks and crannies. Otherwise, the box looks fine with maybe a few dents on the outside and paint missing on the inside. I think it just gives the truck more character.
